What to do after an accident in the UAE — the full process in simple steps.

  1. 1. Get a police report

    Report the accident through 999 or the Dubai Police app. A green report means you are not at fault, a red report means you are. No claim can be settled without it.

  2. 2. Notify us

    Call 800 SIMPLEX within 24 hours or send the report on WhatsApp. We issue your claim number immediately.

  3. 3. Submit documents

    Upload the police report, driving licence, Mulkiya (registration card), Emirates ID and damage photos.

  4. 4. Approved garage / agency

    After the surveyor's inspection we assign the nearest approved workshop or agency. The deductible is paid at the garage.

  5. 5. Repair and settlement

    Minor repairs take 3–5 working days; total loss settlements are paid at market value within 15 working days.
